CHARLIE BELT ELDER
"I grew up in KC – Prairie Village, to be exact. My parents have been dedicated members of an Episcopal church in Olathe, KS, for almost 50 years, and brought me and my brother up in the church. In high school God started changing my heart and my soul through some very good Christian friends and through an awesome volunteer FCA leader. I started attending Heartland Community Church during the early 90’s and thus my wife Crystal and I were introduced to the Wilburns in 1995. At the same time I found my first teaching job at Blue Springs South High School, where I continue to work currently. Crystal and I have been blessed with three great kids, Sydney, Ryan, and J.T."
